Terms and Conditions
Secure Travel Organiser will endeavour to keep the information contained on this site as current as possible. We make no warranties or representations about the site or its content and exclude, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability which may arise as a result of their use. We will never be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits or revenue arising out of the use of the site.
Delivery
Delivery is normally within 10-14 days of receiving your application details. In the event of details requiring verification, delivery may take a little longer. SECTOR products will be delivered either First Class by Royal Mail or by Business Post. P&P charges have been included in the cost of your SECTOR product for postage within the UK and to BFPO addresses. Postage to all other destinations will be added at the checkout.
Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your SECTOR product however if you are not satisfied with the goods within 7 working days after their delivery in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 or you can apply to make a return. Please email securetravelorganiser.com with your reasons and we will send you instructions for the return. Depending on the reasons for your return, there will be a scaled refund to take account of the product having been tailored specifically for each client. Secure Travel Organiser Ltd will not accept liability for the submission of incorrect details when applying for a SECTOR Card. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the interim period of their receipt and subsequent return. They are to be returned in their original packaging along with receipt. Your credit card used for the purchase will be refunded with the scaled refund amount within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. Your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 will be fully complied with. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Prices & Payment
The prices shown for SECTOR products are shown in pounds sterling (£) and includes P&P for UK and BFPO addresses. The price also includes VAT at 17.5% for all deliveries within the UK. We accept payment by VISA, SWITCH, MasterCard, DELTA, through PayPal or by cheque. Card transactions are taken using a secure server. Secure Travel Organiser Ltd cannot take responsibility for the loss of any cheques whilst in the postal system. We reserve the right to hold goods until cheques have been cleared.
Use of your SECTOR Card
The SECTOR Card has been designed to hold personal information for referral in the event of an emergency. It is not an internationally recognised form of identification and should not be used in lieu of a passport for travel. If your passport has either been lost or stolen please refer to the relevant section within the securetravelorganiser.com website.
